Wall Mount Bird Baths
Identify a spot on the wall to fix a mounted bird bath using screws and plugs - located away from predators. Decorative, cast iron baths are used for food and water.
Mounted bird baths are small, made in metal but are primarily used as feeders; top up with water or use wild bird food mixes to attract small common birds to use your bird bath. Fix it up to 6 feet or more off the ground for safety but a mounted bird bath is less trouble to use than a pedestal or an hanging option.

Where a classic pedestal or the hanging bird bath can make problems of their own, that is not so true by fixing a wall mount bird bath.
No worrying about anchoring the bird bath, it toppling over in wind or having difficulty finding the correct location for it in the garden.
Mounted bird baths fit snuggly up against a brick wall - or fence post or tree trunk - so is not only out of the way, but expect to see no issues in wind or harsh weather conditions.
While I've done my best to list exclusive wall bird baths, that is not possible with the wall mounted styles only as they can be used as a bird bath or feeder.
Petite construction, mount a metal bird bath to a prominent area on the wall that can be seen by you, but is at least secured 6ft. up - to deter predators.
No fixings are supplied so you'd need two screws only to fix any one bird bath/feeder.
Made in cast iron or metal only so is designed to be outside while little corrosion or aging is likely to be seen - especially if you clean the water bowl regularly.

Make no mistake the wall mounted bird baths listed are much smaller than they appear, but that serves to use less room but still be highly effective of attracting wild birds.
There are two types of what I would call wall mounted bird baths; one is a classic bracket bird bath offering extra length; whereas there's a full mount bird bath that is fixed flushed up against the wall.
Its mounted so it wouldn't appear right with a full rounded water bowl or feeding tray, so expect a half-bowl design only.
Not so on the wall mounted bracket bird baths as they are designed for a full round bowl.
For your convenience I've listed what bowl styles they are, included what material, or should I say what metal the bird baths are made in, in my table above.
Nature's Market: Cast Iron Wall Mounted Bird Bath
No at all too expensive to buy on Amazon but that's only because its a small size.
First up on my list is this Nature's Market, made in cast iron wall mounted bird bath that is fixed to a decorative backing plate.
Find a space on the wall for the full backing to be fixed flush against the brickwork with only two screws needed, but one will be fine.
Half bowl feeding bowl or bird bath with a ornamental wild bird perched on the rim.
Made in a dark brown cast iron with a very deep bowl.
So if you decide to use it as a bird bath it will need a layer of pebbles to make it more shallow - whereas if using it as a feeder, I wouldn't recommend filling it up to much to avoid waste.
Fallen Fruits: Cast Iron Wall Bracket Bird Bath
One of the most rated wall bird baths on Amazon, so would be a worthwhile purchase.
Not just a practical cast iron wall mounted bracket, but this one is part of a bird bath or feeding bowl - whatever you decide to use it as.
Its fixed to a wall using two pilot holes in the bracket support panel with fixing screws not included.
Water bowl is attached to a fixing on top of the horizontal bracket along with two ornate wild birds who decorate the rim.
Practical as it is decorative with a hook on the end of the bracket to use it for hanging off bird feeders, or even a small flower basket.
Nature's Market: Cast Iron Wall Mounted Bird Bath
To shop for it on Amazon it will cost you around the ten pound mark.
Nature's Market second try at a cast iron wall mounted bird feeder or bird bath, but the shallow bowl is ideal for both uses.
No need to shallow the bowl with pebbles or use less feed, as the bowl will only accept a small amount at one time.
Whole backing needs to be fixed to the wall - or fence post - with what is a hugely decorative backing plate.
Sitting on the right side of the bowl is an ornate wild bird waiting to greet visiting small garden birds to the bowl or feeder.
No need to use both pilot holes in the backing plate for two screws, so only use the one as its sure to keep this cast iron bird bath firmly secured to its wall placement.
The Garden Foundry: Ornate Wall Mounted Bird Bath
Not sold as cast iron but metal only on Amazon but is a more costly purchase.
In respect to a traditional wall mount bird bath that can offer a water source or feed in an easy to access, but ornamental way - here is The Garden Foundry ornate feeder.
Made in steel this time with a coating of protected paint but in a very rustic, aged effect that is still brand new out of the box.
Unlike previous wall mount bird baths, the backing support detail is more narrow and not so thick and obvious - so more in a subtle way, but still very nice overall.
Half dish bowl is sure to allow water to be added but is best used as a feeder.
No ornate wild bird is sat on the bowl rim this time, as he's up in the intricately detailed support bracket on the back.
east2eden: Vintage Cast Iron Wall Mounted Bird Bath
Cheapest wall mount bird bath on Amazon for what is a small ornate cast iron bird bath or feeder.
Going for a more vintage 'style' cast iron wall mounted bird bath this time, only its the bracket kind, not the full mounted counterpart.
What I adore about the traditional wall bracket bird bath is its other uses.
So not only can it be used as a bird bath or feeder, but the bracket serves practical uses by hanging a hanging feeder beneath it.
Bird bath bowl sits on top to allow wild birds to come and go without distracting or nuisance objects getting in the way of their flight path.
With the water bowl or feeding tray sitting on top, small or larger birds can make the most of it.
Fallen Fruits: Metal Wall Mounted Bird Bath
What I would call the most beautiful mounted bird bath on Amazon just happens to be one of the most expensive.
More unique to the full mount or wall bracket bird baths listed thus far, with this still half water bowl or feeding dish which has more width and less height.
Chunky, solid cast iron construction will mean no issues leaving it out in the elements all year long - nor will you see any damage caused by overuse.
Fix to a prominent area on a house or brick shed that is no lower than 6 feet high as it is a safe environment to offer bird feed, a water source or a place to bathe.
Lower backing plate is secured using two pilot holes that must be attached with two corresponding screws in this size - to which you need to supply.
Cute little ornate bird sits on the rim which he'll share with wild birds when they arrive.
Darthome: Cast Iron Shutter Window Bird Bath
Last on the list is just about the most costly wall bird bath to buy on Amazon.
That finally brings me to this cast iron 'shutter window' bird bath that is made to appear like a house window, only the tray outside the window shelf acts as the feeder or bath.
No moving parts though so its a solid yet practical bird bath that can take on water or used to offer all types of wild bird food.
Screws are needed to secure firmly on a wall but you do have to use two screws, or else this bird bath will be lopsided
This water bowl or feeding dish what wild birds use to feed or drink out of is quite small but very shallow.
It will need replenishing with fresh water once in a while if the rain doesn't do it for you, but feel free to top up with any bird feed you have available.
